All TPP operational funding comes from investments and a portion of the revenues that the projects create once successful. And because we’ve also plugged our non-profit partner costs into project revenues, your donations to Paradigm Projects are not subject to the typical 15 to 35% administrative fee charged by most non-profits. Our non-profit partners take only a nominal fee (typically around 5%) to administer donor accounting on the projects. The remainder goes directly to the people needing it most. In the early stages of a project, the net total administrative costs for implementing projects is below average for what would be typical. And over time, as the revenue stream increases, the costs actually go “negative” – that is, they produce a surplus, creating more revenue than it costs to run the project.
