Doesn the Paradigm project just add more administrative or “Overhead” costs that deplete funds donated to the projects?
On the contrary, none of TPP’s operational or administrative funds come from donations to Paradigm Projects. All TPP operational funding comes from investments and a portion of the revenues that the projects create once successful. And because we’ve also plugged our non-profit partner costs into project revenues, your donations to Paradigm Projects are not subject to the typical 15 to 35% administrative fee charged by most non-profits. Our non-profit partners take only a nominal fee (typically around 5%) to administer donor accounting on the projects. The remainder goes directly to the people needing it most. In the early stages of a project, the net total administrative costs for implementing projects is below average for what would be typical. And over time, as the revenue stream increases, the costs actually go “negative” – that is, they produce a surplus, creating more revenue than it costs to run the project.
