A. **Grin**. This one, I can’t touch: It’s all behind the scenes in Birmail. “Severe taxation” will affect loyalty. Having high/medium law holdings will also help loyalty… I intend to have “events” help balance things out: Natural disasters, monsters, nomad tribe rivalry etc…
