It depends. Although you may think you are expecting the unexpected, there will still be things happen that you did not consider, hence even when you expect the unexpected, something unexpected still can happen while you are busy expecting the unexpected. So while you may make the unexpected expected, the unexpected can still hit you even when you expect it… I guess that’s why they call it the unexpected.
