Doesn bad weather automatically cancel an activity?
Many of our experiences are dependent on the weather and we advise customers to call the vendor or service provider prior to setting out if the weather looks bad. However, adverse weather the day before, or the morning of, your chosen event may not automatically cancel your activity. The rain may stop, or the skies might clear, just prior to your scheduled activity, in which case the activity will proceed and you will need to be on hand or risk missing out while forfeiting the money you’ve paid. Please remember that just because there is menacing weather in your neighborhood, it might be just fine where your activity is to be provided. For all these reasons, if the weather looks adverse, you are instructed to contact your vendor or service provider for a final word on whether or not the activity will take place. If your event is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to rebook, but your rebooked experience remains subject to weather conditions.
