Does zinc help acne??
I’ve haven’t heard of zinc getting rid of acne. I have heard of Benezoyl peroxide, which is an active ingredient in many popular acne creams such as ProActive. I use it and find it works quickly. Sometimes I slack off from using it but when i go back i notice results within 3 days or earlier. The best advice i can give is to always be aware of keeping your face clean. If you’ve just finished eating say, fried chicken, go to the bathroom to wash your hands and rinse your face. Any foreign bacteria can cause acne. You don’t need to worry about the natural oils from your skin though, as long as they don’t build up to a point where if you touch your face you can feel the grease. I hope this helps. Good luck!
Listen here: shatter 2 aspirins, mix them with some drops of water in order to make a paste..like a face mask. Apply it on the arias with problems and leave it there til it dries up. Keep that mixture on your face as long as you wish or you can. After, you just wash your face with water. Please tell me if it worked or not. And use special creams that contain erytromycin because the bacterium that causes juvenile acne: propionebacterium acnes is usually killed by this antibiotic. Ask at the drug stores about more information. I could tell you some brands but I’m not sure there are the same names all over the world lol. I never took zinc tablets, but i tried face creams with zinc and i saw no difference.
