Zepf is a mental health agency. We do not provide housing services. Once you are connected to Zepf Center the CPST can provide information on how to access housing resources such as Lucas County Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) www.lucasmha.org and Neighborhood Properties (NPI) http://www.neighborhoodproperties.org/. Each of these resources has specific criteria for services. Zepf does operate two group homes (Maumee House and Ottawa House) and two HUD subsidized apartments (The Oaks and Stewart Apartments).
