Does XPS handle patient follow up if a patient still doesnt pay the bill?
A XPS sends letters and initiates phone calls to the patient if they continue to ignore the bill. XPS will send a letter with each statement that is past due, encouraging the patient to begin paying. If after the third statement the customer still hasnt responded, XPS will close the account and return the account to you for further handling.
