Yes, it does. XFRAME supports both SBCS and DBCS. It is provided with a pluggable codepage and DBCS table system. Many codepages are already included in the XFRAME distribution (i.e. DE-273, FR-297, IBM-Kanji, etc.). Furthermore, users may customize or add any codepage.
