Yes in each of our 3 plans there is a $250 processing & handling fee for sales transaction now please keep in mind that we do NOT charge this fee on rental transactions. A processing fee is very typical of any real estate brokerage nowadays, if your license is active you most likely have a processing fee where you are at now.
