Does wu-yi herbal tea diet really works??
Wuyi tea not a single tea variety, but refers collectively to the teas grown in the Wuyi Mountain of Fujian Province in China. Some vendors in the West sells Wuyi green tea, which is unheard of in China. Wuyi Mountain is renowned for producing oolong tea, not green tea. Wuyi oolong tea is also known in the West as Rock Tea or Yan Cha. So does it work? It depends on the quality of Wuyi tea you are drinking. Oolong tea is not as well studied as green tea. But there is decent scientific evidence that it helps lose weight by *Increasing metabolism *Burning fat (through a process called lipolysis) *Blocking dietary fat absorption So yes, a good Wuyi tea should help you lose weight, but probably not as much as you have been promised. Hope it helps.
