You can always check the school’s course catalog and see what they have offered as foreign language. If the school’s catalog isn’t clear enough (or doesn’t have an answer) go ahead and have a chit-chat with the admissions office. At Gallaudet University, ASL isn’t considered foreign for academic purposes, in response to the other person’s comment.
