This is always a sales gimmic knowing that 99% of the people will not continue to use in an attempt to acheive the results they advertise. If it does not preform up to par they simply tell you that you need go through more applications. This is a sales gimmic that is a retail merchandise version of bait & switch tactics that is not yet illegal. They know most likely that you will either loose your receipts and not be able to get your money back or just simply stop using it and forget you ever purchased it. Either of these equals money in the bank. The only way to effectively remove a tattoo is laser surgery. There is no such cream that miraculously penetrate through all the layers of your epidermis (top layers of skin) then reach into the dermis layers and break up the ink pigments that rest there.
