Does WOW! share phone records with any governmental agencies?
As reflected in WOW!’s Privacy Policy for phone customers (which can be found in its entirety here) WOW! adheres to all applicable laws governing privacy in general and nondisclosure of personally identifiable information in particular (including but not limited to 47 U.S.C. Sec. 551). While WOW! does not know whether other telecommunications providers have participated in the NSA’s tracking, WOW! has not participated.
