‘We value people’ is one of World Vision Australia’s core values. We notice a high level of respect amongst staff due to the nature of the work we do and because everyone respects our values. Administration staff are appreciated for their contribution to the work of World Vision. They are the ‘backbone’ of many World Vision teams.
