Yes, World Clock Deluxe 4.4.7 or later supports the new United States and Canada daylight-saving time rule (second Sunday in March to first Sunday in November) which has also been adopted by Bahamas, Bermuda, Saint Pierre and Miquelon and Turks and Caicos Islands.
