Does Woolworths Limited have a graduate program?
Woolworths Limited recognises the importance of harvesting graduate talent into our ranks and the value graduate skills can add to our business. We estimate that over 20,000 of our staff (most of them working casual or part time) are currently studying at University. Woolworths Limited is continuously working on ways to support these employees and assist them in progressing into a full time career within the company in their chosen field of expertise. Although Woolworths Limited does not run an external graduate program across any of its brands. We do run an Internal Cadetship Graduate Program which aims to give our current employees with tertiary education in a chosen field, an opportunity to expand their work experience.
