Unfortunately no, in order for your State to qualify for Tier IV (6 weeks) extended unemployment benefits it has to have an unemployment rate above 8.5%. Currently (08/12/2010), Wisconsin has an unemployment rate of 7.9% meaning it does not qualify. This is high enough however to qualify for Tier III benefits which last 13 weeks.
