Does Windows XP allow for Norton Ghost to create images?
Clark: I’m not an expert on disk imaging. I’m pretty sure there’s compatibility with Ghost and those types of products, but you’d want to check with those manufacturers to be sure. Jason: Is Ntcmds.chm in XP Server only and not in Professional? Clark: No, it’s in Professional, Ntcmds.chm Help file ships in Professional. It’s also available in the server product, once the server product ships later this year; it will be an updated superset. What ships in Pro documents all the current XP Pro capability. Jason: Thanks. Is Microsoft going to replace Sysdiff? We use Sysdiff to determine where changes have occurred after installation has occurred. Clark: I’m not that familiar with Sysdiff, so that’s something that we won’t be able to answer. I know the setup team has worked a lot on Windiff and Sysdiff type utilities to make sure it’s much easier to roll out automation, but I’m not familiar with the exact enhancements they’ve put into it with XP.
