Yes. The USB 2.0 Interface Association Descriptor (IAD) Engineering Change Notification (ECN) introduced a new standard method for describing a grouping of interfaces and their alternate settings within a function. IAD can be used to identify two or more consecutive interfaces and alternate settings within one function. Microsoft is currently working with IHVs to develop devices that support IAD.
