Does Wi-Ex have a return policy on their Signal Boosters?
Yes. Wi-Ex offers you a 30-day money back guarantee. In order for a customer to receive a full refund within the 30-day period, they MUST call the 800 # to receive an RMA# and the RMA# should be written on the outside of the shipping box. You may return the Wi-Ex Signal booster for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. For specific details of the return procedure within 30 days, please call 1-800-871-1612. Returned merchandise must include an RMA# written on the outside of the shipping box, all original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. Returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to a repackaging fee of 20% of the price paid for the product (not including taxes).
