No. White does not usually count as a color due to the fact that this is the standard color of the paper in most cases.

That depends on the labels being ordered. White can either be a reverse type where the label color (white) is allowed to show through or it can be used as a “background color” on see through materials. If printing on white material, we do not charge when the color white is used. When printing on clear materials, we do charge for white ink.
