Yes, the Whip-Poor-Will Residential Community was annexed to the City of Landrum by the developer to gain access to city water and sewer services provided by Spartanburg County SC utility services. There is adequate capacity for all the homes for both sections of Whip-Poor-Will. These utilities will be installed and paid for by the Developer and dedicated to Spartanburg Utilities and the Developer has no ongoing involvement in ownership, operation or maintenance of these utilities.
