Does Westman offer individual channels as well as cable packages?
Yes, Westman members in communities that have Digital Cable are able to purchase channels individually, as that technology makes it economically feasible to do so. However, in non-Digital communities, combining signals into packages allows Westman to use an inexpensive blocking trap instead of scrambling the signals. As well, each of the specialty channels base their signal costs on the number of customers who have access to their channel.
