Does Westaff offer only temporary jobs?
Westaff offers several kinds of working opportunities. As a Westaff associate, if you want career flexibility and variety, you may choose to be assigned to a number of clients in temporary positions. Some of our temporary assignments may also be part of our Temp-to-Hire program in which a client will consider you for a full-time regular position while you work as a temporary employee, offering both you and the client a chance to determine whether a particular job is a good fit. Finally, we have a Permanent Placement program in which Westaff interviews and places candidates directly into regular employment positions. In that case, you would be an employee of the client, not of Westaff.
