well fargo is not allowed to avoid paying the payment right time.if missing one payment they will inform to you it soon and assist to your according your situation.and they advised to you regarding this and inform you by a letter after then it will be foreclose because even one missing of the payment.according your state it will depend on.some places will foreclose very soon.how ever it is not good for you missing at least one payment or during this period.
