You can damage your body at that age. You should wait until 16 to start weight lifting. If you enjoy exercise, you should do cardio like swimming (not too much running, damages the body a lot) or play a sport. When you each 16, your ligaments, tendons, and such will have matured to handle heavy weight plus your testosterone levels will be maxed. If you have been doing the aerobic exercise, the weight lifting will be much easier too.
