The workflow and message broker tools remain as independent tools covered by the requirements of their respective product licenses. The artifacts (workflows, message flows, and message definitions can be exported into the studio to take advantage of the management capabilities provided by the WebSphere (Eclipse) Workbench, which is also configurable to launch the tools.
