Does WebCom place restrictions on the material that can be placed in my account?
WebCom acts as a “common carrier” and does not actively monitor or censor user accounts. We do not place any restrictions on the content of your site. WebCom customers, for instance, may place the pages of their clients under their account (see “I would like to provide consulting/page design and/or creation services to my clients, using WebCom.” for more information on this).
