Does WCRB accept unit reports electronically?
Yes. You may file WCSTAT record types 1 (header), 2 (name), 3 (address), 4 (exposure), 5 (loss), and 6 (total). The record information can be found in the WCSTAT section of the WCIO Worker’s Compensation Data Specifications Manual. Electronic submissions must be tested and approved for production. The submission instructions can be found under Manuals and Instructions on the home page of our Web site (WCSTAT Submission Instructions). Effective July 1, 2009, all unit reports must be filed electronically. No Hard copy unit reports will be processed by WCRB.
