Does Wavecam provide training and service?
While operating the Wavecam is intuitive and the basics are learned in seconds, it is important that all personnel who will pilot the system learn both the safety considerations of operating the camera as well as the many features and how they can be best used to capture stunning images. Wavecam Media provides a complete training regimen for its clients at the time of installation as well as ongoing training on an as-arranged basis. The Wavecam has gone through exhaustive testing in the field and each unit is pre-tested in our production facility before it is released for installation. As part of the support package, to provide time-sensitive service, support personnel are always available.
