Does Washington state impose life without parole sentences on juveniles?

I know the Supreme Court thing just happened banning life without parole for juveniles who’ve committed non-homicide crimes, but I was just reading a thing about that online and came across this quote “Texas has abolished life without parole for juveniles for homicides and non-homicides” and I just want to make sure that Washington is at least as progressive as Texas on criminal justice matters.
