The common allergens found in Wasa Crispbread are: Wheat Multi Grain, Fiber Rye, Sesame, Oats and Crisp ‘n Light 7 Grain May contain traces of wheat: Light Rye, Hearty Rye, Sourdough Rye Milk Oats May contain traces of milk: Crisp’n Light 7 Grain Sesame Seeds Fiber Rye and Sesame Gluten All 8 varieties of Wasa Crispbreads contain gluten which is part of the protein found in wheat, rye, oats and barley. There is less gluten in rye than in wheat. Nuts There are no nuts in any of our Crispbread products. None of our Crispbread production involves nuts or traces of nuts.
