Does Walmart refill printer ink cartridges for a Lexmark X7675 Printer?
Your printer uses cartridges number 41 and 42, which can’t be refilled. They can physically be refilled, but they won’t work afterwords. If you wish to refill your cartridges, you should buy cartridges 41A and 42A or 43XL and 44XL- those cartridges work just fine after a refill. So, maybe Walmart does refill the initial cartridges (41 & 42), but it would be a waste of your money. Hope that helps!
