VXI offers customers a two year manufacturer’s warranty on all Passport products. In this time period, if you notice a manufacturing defect on your headset you may send it in to VXI for repair at no cost. If your headset requires service after two years, you can still send it to VXI for repair, however there will be a minimum charge for the repair. If you are uncertain about whether or not your headset is still under warranty, you can call our toll free Customer Service line at 800-742-8588. Please contact VXI Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) prior to sending in any products.
