Does VUDU have parental controls?
Yes. We believe that parental controls are a very important aspect of our service. After setting a passcode, parents can place limits on childrens’ ability to browse, rent, buy, and/or play movies that fall within a certain rating or ratings. Every movie in the VUDU library is labeled with its MPAA rating (Motion Picture Association of America) or labeled as “Unrated.” With VUDU, you can also filter your movie searches by rating. You can find the parental control settings from the main VUDU menu in Info & Settings, then Parental Controls. Should you forget your passcode, please contact Customer Care using our web form.
