Does VSG have plans to implement the AUTO mode of SoLocateHighlight class on Windows?

SoLocateHighlight’s highlighting behavior is implemented in OIV 2.5.2 (although it is not mentioned in the release notes). Regarding the default value of the “mode” field, there is a difference between SGI’s Open Inventor 2.1.x and Open Inventor by VSG.
