Does Voila save a captured image in the Clipboard?

Yes. Voila has an option to directly save the last captured image to the Clipboard. To enable this, check the ‘Copy last capture to clipboard’ checkbox in Preferences > Capturing. Now, any image that you capture using Voila is copied to the Clipboard; you can directly paste the image into any application that supports pasting from system Clipboard without the need to copy the image from Voila.
