Yes. Voicent products support multiple phone lines through installing multiple modems on a single computer. The number of phone lines supported depends on the number of available PCI slots on the computer motherboard. Most computers have 1 to 4 PCI slots available. If you are installing the same brand of modem, you only need to install the modem driver once. If you have multiple modems installed, you should see all your installed modems under the Phone and Modem Options.
