Messages that are saved in Voicemail can only be stored for a total of 5 days from the day the message was retrieved. For example, if you listen to a message on July 1 and save it, it will expire 5 days following, even if you listen to the message again and save it again (it will not be saved for an additional 5 days). For Enhanced Voicemail, messages can be stored for a total of 10 days and in the same way, the message will be deleted 10 days following the original message retrieval, even if you listen to the message again later and re-save the message (it will not be saved for an additional 10 days).
