Does VocaBase® support multimodal applications?
VocaBase® first target are voice applications, for which the software automatically generates VXML pages to be interpreted on a voice CTI platform. The key added value of VocaBase® is the automatic dialog builder that leverages the indexes of the published database to generate XML code, which was first developed for DB Scape Internet business applications. As a result, additional support of HTML, WML and iHTML may be discussed on demand. Depending on the market evolutions, it is expected that VocaBase® future releases will continue to leverage market standards that allow multimodal applications, mixing voice, text and graphics.
