Does VocaBase® differ from VXML platforms?

VocaBase® enables users to implement voice portals to access databases without any IT or speech technology expertise. VocaBase® automatically generates VXML pages on the fly, when performing the dialog with the caller. As such, Vocabase is integrated on top of most well known CTI platforms that include a VoiceXML interpreter. These interpreters do not provide off-the-shelf applications to browse a database. So, VXML platforms and VocaBase® are complementary and they do not overlap each other in terms of functionality.
