Does Vision require franchisees to be actively involved in operating the studio?
A. Yes. It is essential that the franchisee become personally involved in all aspects of the business. You can expect to work many long hours – particularly in the beginning. You should be willing and capable of performing all sales, promotion, and other functions that are required on a daily basis. The demands on you personally can be minimised by your ability to attract, motivate, and retain capable employees. Further, Vision’s systems have been developed to the extent that the business can be operated entirely under management, giving the Franchisee greater freedom.
