Does Virgin Vinyl Records have a return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days after receiving item, if the item is found NOT to be as described. To receive full refund, item must be returned in same condition as we sent it out (sealed LP’s must still be sealed). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refund is given as money-back. Please contact us by email, if you’re dissatisfied with your order and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. The owner of Virgin Vinyl Records is an experienced record collector and has graded thousands of records. He tends to grade lower than most other companies, and our customers tell us they like the way we grade vinyl. In each record description we list details on each grade in the listing.
