sorry, they don’t have that any more. With the introduction of new minute packs and new monthly plans, Virgin Mobile dropped the 18cents per minute plan after May. If you want to you can pay $6.99/mth for 10cents per minute all the time. The only basic rate plan that they currently have is what you have now, 20 cents/min. Or you can buy a minute pack.
