Does VION Food Netherlands work with temporary staff?
VION Food Netherlands has many permanent employees. We also work with temporary staff. Depending on the season and/or our customers’ orders we may require more or fewer employees. A proportion of our employees are therefore engaged on a temporary basis. We operate with Dutch as well as foreign temporary employees. We provide good training and good working conditions. We want our employees to be proud of their work and the high quality products they produce.
