Video-to-HD only support the video Encoders and decoders in your system. If You accepted the Open GPL agreement for the Matroska Muxer and the Matroska Splitter then the mkv format can be written. Note: If you want to use X264 video encoding in the mkv file format you must have also accepted the Open GPL agreement for the X264 Video Codec. If you did NOT then X264 format can NOT be used.
