A. Yes, in two ways. You can video conference between two Macs linked by Airport (use Rendezvous networking in iChat), or you can video conference with another computer if your Mac is connected to the Internet via Airport. In either case, the bandwidth of both 802.11b and 802.11g (the wireless network standards that Apple calls Airport and Airport Extreme) are more than acceptable. The bottle neck will be DSL, Cable or modem long before Airport.
