does video conference have special configuration on firewall ?
You need what is called a Firewall Traversal device. It will have a port connected to your DMZ and another to your LAN and on to your MCU. This will allow the secure H.323 traffic from your Internet address to your multipoint controller (MCU) for your Video Conferencing equipment. They will often extend the number of multipoint licenses as well. I do not know what equipment you use but I do know that Radvision, Tandberg and PolyComm each offer a Firewall Traversal device.
