Vibration can affect all strap-down Inertial Systems, The appropriate technique depends on the vehicle and the vibration spectrum. If the vibration is high frequency, low magnitude, then double sided foam tape seems to work very well. For higher magnitude input, more elaborate dampening systems might be required. The real key is to prevent mechanically saturating the inertial sensors.
