Q: I use WorkCenter on my laptop and I am concerned about identity theft for my borrowers since I have their Social Security numbers in my database. Is there a setting that will protect the numbers inside WorkCenter? A: YES. You have the ability to password protect your entire database. Click on TOOLS, Database and select Password Protect. You will also be given the option to set a password on your database when you install WorkCenter. Please store this password in a secure area.
